One Report From Six Marketing Systems
Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, LinkedIn, Meta and the CRM, read into a single report you can question in plain language
What was the starting situation?
The client runs an employee wellbeing programme sold to HR departments. Their marketing ran across six systems that never spoke to each other: Google Analytics for the website, Search Console for search, Google Ads for paid traffic, LinkedIn and Meta for social, and Pipedrive for the sales pipeline. Answering a question like "which channel actually brings customers" meant opening six dashboards and reconciling them by hand in a spreadsheet.
What problem needed solving?
Nobody could tie spend to outcomes. Analytics showed paid traffic arriving but not what it cost. The mailing list looked healthy on the surface while quietly decaying underneath. Instagram appeared to have no reach at all, though nobody could tell whether that was real or a measurement fault. Every budget decision was being made on instinct, because the numbers needed to make it properly took a day to assemble and were stale by the time they existed.
How was the problem solved?
We built a read-only connector that reads all six systems and exposes them as report tools an AI assistant can call. The client asks a question in plain language and gets an answer backed by live figures: what was spent, what it returned, which posts worked, how the pipeline is moving. No dashboard to open and no spreadsheet to maintain.
What was the approach?
We started with the questions the client actually asks, then worked backwards to the data each one needs. Every report returns a projected, human-readable answer rather than raw API output, so the assistant reasons over numbers instead of drowning in JSON. Access is granted by the client to their own accounts and is strictly read-only, so the connector can never change a campaign, move a budget or touch spend.
How can this help your business?
If your marketing lives in several systems and nobody can say which one earns its budget, the data usually exists already. It is simply scattered. Connecting it is faster and cheaper than adding another dashboard, and it turns weekly reporting from a day of assembly into a question you ask and answer in a minute.
What access does the connector need?
Read-only, and the client grants it themselves. For Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads you add our service account to your own accounts; for LinkedIn and Meta you approve a read-only connection. You can revoke any of it at any time and access stops immediately. The connector issues no write requests, so it cannot create, change or pause campaigns, move budgets or spend money.
Who can see the data?
Only the client it belongs to. Each client's credentials and data live in an isolated workspace that no other client's workspace can read. Nothing is pooled across clients, benchmarked against other advertisers, or sold to anyone.
What did connecting the systems actually reveal?
Three things nobody had spotted. Cost per conversion for paid search became measurable for the first time. Sixteen percent of the mailing list turned out to be undeliverable, which explained a slow decline in deliverability. And Instagram's reach really was near zero, confirming a suspicion the client had been unable to prove.
How long does it take to connect a new system?
Minutes for the client. Each connection is a single page: you grant read access, confirm the account, and it appears in the next report. The work sits on our side, in building and maintaining the connector.
